Being gluten free at Thanksgiving was always a nightmare. That turkey always seemed to be surrounded by gluten-filled rolls, breads, stuffings, and pies. It didn’t really leave me feeling too thankful. Then I discovered this Apple Corn Bread Stuffing recipe. It has become a staple on our Thanksgiving table. It’s delicious, and you don’t have to stuff it into a dead bird!
