With gravy packet mixes full of wheat, I’ve found myself wondering how to make gluten free gravy with no meat drippings. So I started experimenting a little and here is what I came up with.

My kids like these Kabobs because they can pick and choose what they want to put on them. Some like chicken, some like steak, some like onions, and some really don’t. As you can see from the photo, this week bell peppers were not so popular.

Have you tried substituting UNflour for regular flour to turn a favorite recipe gluten free? I have found that UNflour (the flour I teach you to make in Irresistibly Gluten Free) often works cup for cup in place of regular white flour.
