My  son Keaton has a thing for Winger’s Amazing Sauce. He puts it on anything! As much as I like the sauce, I can’t quite eat it on waffles like he does.

But I LOVE it on pork. It is tangy and spicy, just right for a sweet and spicy pork roast. And best of all, it is made with gluten-free ingredients.

UPDATE: September 25, 2012  New packages of Sun-Bird seasoning packets now state “May contain: wheat …” Although the ingredient list still seems to be gluten-free, there must be a contamination possibility.

These Chicken Quesadillas are great for a fast and delicious lunch, or a perfect compliment to soup or salad. Although they have onions and chillies, even my pickiest kid loves them. They are not spicy, but have a great flavor.
