I had a friend ask if I had a gluten free Spice Cake Mix, so I said “Give me minute in the kitchen and I’ll let you know.” I took the White Cake recipe from Irresistibly Gluten Free and made some fun adjustments. It was so good and so easy I’ve been wondering ever since why I hadn’t done it before.

You can use this same recipe to make a Pumpkin Spice...

One of my favorite things about this time of year is making Christmas candy with my kids. This recipe was especially fun, no cooking required and my kids had a great time rolling the Peanut Butter Balls.

Some people like chips and dip. Personally, I’ll go for the cookies and dip!

We had this Pumpkin Dip with some Graham Crackers from Irresistibly Gluten Free (page 74) as seen in the photo. It was delicious!

This dip is also really good with apple slices and gluten-free pretzels.

I am so making this every fall!

At first I was just excited about how festive this recipe is. After tasting it, I am just excited about how good it is. As you scoop out the casserole filling you also scoop the inside of the pumpkin, the combination is out of this world.

I don’t usually like green beans in my casseroles, but this was really...

To celebrate the coming of Fall, we made Pumpkin Pancakes and topped them with Homemade Caramel Syrup. Needless to say, this will certainly become an Autumn tradition!

I love all the delicious gluten free rice crackers available now, and I plan to enjoy them even more this Christmas with my favorite cheeseball recipe.

This recipe is not only gluten free, but it can be made casein (milk) free as well.

With a blanket in one hand and Cinnamon Popcorn int the other I’m all ready to...

As a kid I remember my mom making peppermint bark at Christmas time. Every year I make it for my kids, but this year I decided to give it a twist and turn it into Peppermint Fudge. It was a big hit, and I am being bombarded with requests to make it “just one more time before Christmas!” ¬†Well… if you insist.

With gravy packet mixes full of wheat, I’ve found myself wondering how to make gluten free gravy with no meat drippings. So I started experimenting a little and here is what I came up with.

I especially like that all these ingredients are kept on the shelf until needed, so I always have what I need on hand when a gravy emergency occurs.

Have you tried substituting UNflour for regular flour to turn a favorite recipe gluten free? I have found that UNflour (the flour I teach you to make in Irresistibly Gluten Free) often works cup for cup in place of regular white flour.

My latest experiment… Pumpkin Bread. I found a popular recipe for Pumpkin Bread and substituted the flour with UNflour , and added some...
